Estate Map (Wacom tablet in Illustrator, watercolor painted on print out)

"By the mid 1920s, Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne were the two most respected, most popular, most critically acclaimed, and highest-paid stage actors in the country." - Ten Chimneys Foundation
Seventy-five years ago, the most revered acting team in American theatre, Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne, conjured up a haven called Ten Chimneys. It's an idyllic retreat that inspired the country's finest actors and artists. Funnel Incorporated's map for Ten Chimneys Foundation captures the detail and grandeur of the estate for The Tour of a Lifetime brochure designed by Planet Propaganda.
A frequent visitor was Noël Coward, who liked to swim naked at the estate pool. It was saucy details like these (below) that gave the map charm and backstory for the tour guide.
"My initial sketch was created from many walking tours and hikes around the estate during restoration." - Lin Wilson (Illustrator)
