Informing the public about water safety, future 911 call centers and teenage cardiac arrest.

Where does your drinking water come from?
In light of the #FlintWaterCrisis and associated communication issues, this project is pertinent. A few years ago, the city of Albuquerque needed a visualization of their decision to switch the source for their resident's drinking water. They wanted to take responsibility to inform the public and manage expectations, reactions and adoption. They knew the public would be concerned about where, what, how and why. The visual was posted on their website with basic rollover text to explain everything from the basics of water treatment to the unique issues about this project.
